Rebel Meets Rebel - Rebel Meets Rebel

Pantera and David Alan Coe? I was trying to imagine heavy guitar with country / outlaw vocals layered over the top, but I couldn’t, just couldn’t! Even after listening to the album, I still find it amazing. I just imagine that putting this band together would have been similar to a group of friends putting a basketball team together over Pizza and Drinks on a Friday night. Dimebag, Vinnie and D.A.C. drinking whisky and listening to tunes and making drunken exclamations of how they could do better. Then waking up the next morning and deciding to do it.

Every Avenue: Bad Habits by RollErz

Bad Habits Mediafire downloads available -- located at the end of the actual posting. A remarkable album by Every Avenue.

Now, to the album. First off, it's got far better production than previous tunes IMO. There's also guitar in one track lol
The songs are appear to be more of the same (which can be in no way negative certainly) along with the lyrics are similar, except much less misery.
After all, it genuinely sounds like an real band most of the time, you know. And if you really just like Every Avenue you should certainly not wind up being disappointed.
However I nonetheless are unable to make the decision if perhaps Bad Habits is actually well worth forking over for and forget about the Mediafire download. Although whatever. I'll pass on that choice to you actually.

Meth Teeth – Everything Went Wrong

Recommended by: jewunit

This is a lo-fi album from a band from Portland, OR, I rather enjoyed it, I don’t listen to lo-fi that much so it’s nice to hear something I haven’t now and again from the genre. The album has everything you would expect from a lo-fi band, distorted guitars and vocals throughout and drum cymbals being hit throughout, the drums and guitar over power the vocals and the album has low production (in a good way), making it sound raw. I can’t say I am too fond of the singer’s voice, but it works well in the music. One criticism I would give it is that many of the songs are very similar, for a few of them you can’t tell it’s a different song, but overall it holds together strong as an album. Most of the album is fast songs but occasionally slows the pace for tracks such as “I Was Wrong”. Overall I enjoyed the album and would recommend it to people who like lo-fi.

7/10

(sorry if that's a bit short).
